To buy from Nordstjerne ApS at NORDSTJERNE.EU (henceforth referred to as the Nordstjerne ApS), the buyer must have a European address.
Nordstjerne ApS does not ship beyond European borders when purchases are made via the webshop. In case of special requests for shipment abroad, please contact Nordstjerne ApS customer service at; email@example.com or by phone at +45 7211 9116.
Nordstjerne ApS offer these payment options
Nordstjerne ApS do not charge payment fees, regardless of the chosen payment option.
All payments and prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK). The buyer can never be charged a larger amount than the one preapproved when confirming the order.
Payment information is encrypted in accordance with level 1 PCI DSS certification and is 128-bit SSL certified, so no one can view a buyer’s private payment information.
PCI-DSS-rules help to ensure safe treatment of your payment information with Nordstjerne ApS and our suppliers.
RESERVATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS
Nordstjerne ApS accept no liability for goods not in stock. If the ordered goods are not in stock, an e-mail will be sent to notify the buyer. The order can then be annulled or the buyer can choose to await the goods being back in stock. Nordstjerne ApS attempt to keep the webshop updated at all times regarding goods out of stock.
Nordstjerne ApS accept no liability for typographical errors and/or price errors.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Buyer has 14 days from having received the goods to annul an order. The buyer must inform Nordstjerne ApS about the annulment by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have prolonged our normal return-period for Christmas orders.
All orders placed in December 2020 will be possible to return until January 11th 2021, so the receiver of your Christmas present have time to send the present back if it isn't the right fit for them.
The goods must be shipped to Nordstjerne ApS at the latest a fortnight after having informed Nordstjerne about the annulment. The buyer holds all cost for returning the goods to Nordstjerne ApS in regards with annulment of an order.
In case the good has been used the buyer holds liability for any devaluation of the good prior to the return. Any devaluation will be set in relation to prevailing legal practice.
In case of defects Nordstjerne ApS will assume the cost of the return shipment of the defect goods.
If the goods are damaged or lost during transport to the buyer, Nordstjerne ApS are responsible for costs. If the goods are damaged or lost while being shipped back to Nordstjerne ApS from the buyer, the buyer is responsible for costs.
If the goods are defect in any way, Nordstjerne ApS must be informed of this in due time (within 14 days of receiving them). Should the goods not have been delivered within 14 days from the order being placed, Nordstjerne ApS must be informed of this.
The payment will be returned to the customer within 14 days after Nordstjerne ApS has been informed of the annulment. Nordstjerne ApS though have the right to withhold the payment if there is grounds for assuming any devaluation of the good. In case of any devaluation the payment minus the devaluation will be returned to the customer as soon as Nordstjerne ApS have received the goods.
The buyer has 24 months of warranty. Nordstjerne must be advised of any defects concerning the warranty within 2 months of the defects occurrence to render the warranty.
Nordstjerne ApS strive to deliver orders within 5 workdays. Nordstjerne ApS send goods as standard packages via a recognized forwarding company. The buyer has the right to annul the order in case the order has not arrived 14 days after the shipment has occurred.
Nordstjerne ApS charge a shipping fee for all shipments. The fee is dependent on the area of delivery and will at all times be viewable before the buyer confirms the order. This fee is charged when payment of the order itself is charged.
Nordstjerne ApS maintains the right to charge the same shipping fee again, if the goods are not picked up by the buyer in due time, if this results in reshipment.
Nordstjerne holds liability for the shipment until delivery at the address agreed upon.

LAWS AND JURISDICTION
Danish law determines procedures and any lawsuits must be brought at Lyngby Ret.
